During my stay at Guest House Ruslan Nurata & Tours, I found the simplicity of the hotel to be refreshing. Unlike other hotels I've stayed in, this guest house offered a unique experience away from the usual en-suite facilities. The small town life that surrounded the guest house provided an authentic and charming atmosphere that I thoroughly enjoyed.
The lack of en-suite facilities was mentioned in the database, and while this wasn't an issue for me, it might be a concern for those who prefer more convenient amenities.

The room was cozy and comfortable, with a charming seating area that added a nice touch. The electric kettle and tea/coffee maker were a great convenience for a tea lover like me. Having a dining area also made it easier for me to enjoy my meals.
Personally, I didn't care much for the soundproofing in the triple room. But hey, some people might enjoy a livelier atmosphere, right?

Located in a beautiful area near Alexander The Great's fortress in Nurata, Guest House Ruslan offers a unique and authentic experience. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is excellent. The owner, Ruslan, is kind and can offer helpful information about the region. You can also book tours with him, including one to the picturesque villages of the Nurata mountains. The surroundings are serene and the view from the guesthouse is breathtaking.
The bathroom floors can be quite cold in the colder months.

I recently stayed at Guest House Ruslan Nurata & Tours for a business trip, as it was chosen by my director. One of the highlights of my stay was the availability of a Turkish bath. This traditional facility allowed guests, including me, to unwind and relax after a long day of work. The hammam was well-maintained and provided a unique and enjoyable experience.
If it's fully booked, you may have to stay on a mattress on the ground in one of the living rooms of the family.

We had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse. The whole family is incredibly kind and welcoming. The home cooked food was excellent and the shared toilets and shower were super clean. The location is perfect, right next to the main sights and in the beautiful Nurata mountains. Ruslan, the owner, organized our transportation and excursions perfectly. He knows the area very well and showed us amazing places in the steppe, the desert, and the local mountains. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Couldn't stay longer.
